In a small village in Krishnagiri, a young couple waited for nearly 19 long years to hear the cry of their own child.

Mr. Ansar and Mrs. Faritha carried the pain of losing two babies to miscarriages. Every passing year tested their hope, their faith, and their strength. And then, finally, a miracle arrived — a beautiful baby girl.

But that joy lasted only for a moment.

Even before she could open her eyes to this world, doctors discovered something was terribly wrong with her tiny heart.

At just 5 days old, she was rushed to a private hospital in Bangalore. Instead of celebrating her arrival, her parents were standing helplessly beside an incubator, hearing words no parent should ever hear — “Your baby has a serious heart condition.”

Their world shattered.

With guidance from a Village Health Nurse, they reached a free cardiac screening camp conducted by MIOT Hospitals at the Government Hospital, Krishnagiri. There, hope flickered again.

But the diagnosis was heartbreaking.

The baby is suffering from multiple complex congenital heart defects:

• Mesocardia

• Situs Solitus CTGA

• Large Subpulmonic VSD

• Mild Coarctation of Aorta

Her tiny heart is not formed the way it should be. Blood is not flowing properly. Every breath she takes is a struggle her fragile body is fighting.

Doctors have advised an urgent Coarctation Repair with PA Banding surgery — the only chance to save her life.

Without this surgery, her condition can quickly become life-threatening.
