I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to share the heart-wrenching story of Baby Mohammed Ibrahim, the second child born to Mainuddin and Mubeena Begum.
Today, Ibrahim is nearly two months old, but his journey into this world has been fraught with challenges. Born with a low birth weight, Ibrahim has faced difficulties from the very beginning, struggling with passing urine and motion. His parents took him to the hospital in Gudiyattam, where doctors discovered something even more alarming – Ibrahim has a congenital heart defect.
Further investigations at MIOT Hospital confirmed the diagnosis: Ibrahim suffers from a Large Anterior Muscular VSD, Small PDA, Small OS ASD, and Severe PAH. The doctors have recommended surgery, but Ibrahim needs to reach three months of age before it can be undertaken.
The estimated cost for Ibrahim's surgery, including the procedure itself, ICU & Hospital stay, post-operative investigations, and medications, amounts to Rs. 3,50,000. However, Mainuddin, who works diligently in the packing department of a shoe manufacturing company in Ambur, finds himself unable to cover these expenses immediately. Despite his best efforts to support his family and care for his aged mother, the financial burden is overwhelming.
As parents, Mainuddin and Mubeena are consumed by anxiety over their son's health. They desperately seek assistance from the compassionate and generous individuals in our community to help Ibrahim receive the life-saving treatment he urgently needs.
