Successful Operation - Baby Doing Fine Post-Surgery

Babu and Hemavathi reside in Thiruvallur district at Arani.

They have a four year old son. Yashmitha, their daughter is 7 months old. The baby suffered from heavy chest congestion two months after birth. When they took her to the hospital at Red Hills they were told the child had holes in the heart.

During a camp conducted by MIOT Hospital recently at Thiruvallur District, the peripheral hospital referred the baby to attend the camp.  The child was examined at MIOT Hospital for further treatment.

Yashmitha is Diagnosed to have   Moderate sized anterior muscular VSD, additional small apical muscular VSD, Large sinus venosus VSD, PAPVD of RUPV to RA.

Advised surgery – VSD Closure + sinus venosus ASD repair + Re routing of RUPV to LA for correction of the same.

Estimate Cost – Rs.3,25,000 (Rupees Three Lakh twenty Five Thousand Only)     including surgery, ICU & Hospital stay, Post op investigations and medications
