Karthikeyan and Jeevitha, a loving couple, have recently welcomed a beautiful addition to their family - a baby boy born on 7th December 2023. However, their joy has been overshadowed by the discovery of a complex heart condition in their little one - Unobstructed supracardiac TAPVC, PFO with right to left shunt. The doctors have advised immediate surgery, and the estimated cost for the procedure, including surgery, ICU & Hospital stay, Post-op investigations, and medications, is Rs.4,50,000 (Rupees Four Lakh Fifty Thousand only).

Despite their best efforts, Karthikeyan's income from his job in a private company is just enough to meet their basic needs. The family is now faced with the daunting challenge of arranging funds for the life-saving surgery their baby urgently requires.

Jeevitha, who recently underwent a caesarean section, is dealing with the emotional and physical challenges of postpartum recovery. The baby, unable to suck due to the heart condition, requires careful feeding through a filler, which is a time-consuming process.
