A highly talented young girl 21 years Old and aspiring Automobile Engineer, Chemudu. Lakshmi Sailaja is a student, at Godavari Institute of Engineering and Technology in AP. She is pursuing her B.Tech in Automobile Engineering and presently she is in the 3rd year of her Engineering. She has always been one of the toppers in her class from the school days and have won several awards for her innovative projects in her college.

Sailaja’ s dream is go for higher education to Germany and in future return back to India and become an Entrepreneur in the field of Automobile Engineering. 

However all her dreams are in the verge of collapsing because of her inability to financially continuing support her Engineering education.  Her family is no more able to support her studies due to the ballooning loans that her father is now facing due to losses in his real estate business. Even their home is on debt and they are unable to pay the debt despite repeated notices from the bank. Sailaja need your help to continue her education and pursue her dreams. She wants to start an NGO to support struggling students like her in the future.

Detailed Description

Sailaja's interest in engineering started during her 11th grade schooling when she learned about Dr.Sudha Murthy the founder of Infosys Foundation and the beginning of her life as an women engineer . Sailaja had a great interest for cars the wonderful and useful machines which is a dream vehicle for almost.

In her spare time Sailaja works for a car garage named Venkata Durga Car works at V.L.Puram ,Rajahmundry after her college hours .There she learns car engine assembly ,trouble shooting, maintenance and looking forward to soon attend maintenance issues on her own. Here various awards and innovative works get published regularly in local news papers.

Sailaja is putting her best efforts in her studies. She also developed a Smart Bangle product for the woman empowerment for which she got awarded second prize in JNTU Kakinada Innovation Fair 2k17. She also worked on a project named “licensed safe drive” in which the vehicle cannot be driven without a valid driver’s license. She got second prize for product in the project expo conducted in her college during the Engineers Day.

For Sailaja to continue excelling in her education and pursuing her dreams, she has to pay to her college fees and being a reputed college, her fee structure is very high. Even though her father is trying his best to support small expense, now she need 1.85Lakhs for her course completion. Once she fulfills her father’s dream and settle in a good position she wants to establish a Student trust for the pupil like her now and for the poor ones who are discontinuing their studies because of lack of money. Her role model is Mother Teresa she got highly inspired from Mother Teresa. And she is looking for the helping hands who make her dreams come true
