Ramachandran and Archana, bound by love but estranged from their families due to their marriage, are struggling to support their two children. Their youngest, Avantika, is a vibrant child, but her health is a cause for grave concern.

Avantika was born with a heart condition that went untreated due to financial constraints and fear of surgery. Now, her health has deteriorated significantly. Constant chest pain, fatigue, and short-term memory loss plague her days. Despite her struggles, Avantika remains remarkably bright and affectionate.

Recent medical evaluations have revealed the severity of Avantika's condition. She suffers from a Complete AV septal defect, Common AV valve with 2 orifice, severe left AV Valve regurgitation, Cleft in AML, and Mild Right AV Valve regurgitation. Additionally, she faces severe pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). The only hope for Avantika's recovery lies in elective surgery to repair the AV Canal defect.

However, the financial burden of Avantika's treatment is overwhelming for her family. The estimated cost for the surgery, including post-operative care, ICU stay, and medications, is Rs. 3,00,000. This sum is far beyond what Ramachandran and Archana can afford, given their already strained financial situation.

Their desperation is palpable as they grapple with guilt over not addressing Avantika's health issues sooner. But now, they are determined to do whatever it takes to save their daughter's life.
